What’s a great way to relax by midweek? By the pool therapy! I’m a swimmer so there is no doubt that I love to just lounge BY and IN the pool, beach or lake. It’s one of my happiest places. Do I hear an amen? Adding the wonderful and picture-worthy backdrops you can find when you’re in your happy places with the closest people in your life, then life is, indeed, beautiful.

When you go out to lounge on a very hot day, it requires you to wear something so light and comfortable. Something you can take off in a snap then jump to the water. What better way to wear a maxi flow skirt is to pull it all the way up to make it look like a dress! You can never go wrong with overalls that flatter your body (may it be three times larger than your size).

Then when it comes to summer essentials, sunblock and sunnies are on the top of my list. There’s this new discovery I made , I don’t get sunburned with sunblock gels. I mean, comparing the times I used sunblock lotions (any brand), the gel really works! I didn’t even had the stingy heat feeling. Just the greasy feeling when applied. Hehe! I’m thinking, it’s because the gel stays on the first and second layer of the skin and the UVA/UVB rays are being reflected back by the shiny appearance of the gel. HAHAHAHA I’m sorry. Am I being so I-feel-like-I’m-an-expert-at-this.

Anyway! Why don’t you share your top three happiest places? It’ll be fun reading your list! Comment them here.

I learned you’re from Davao, so I’m sharing my top three happiest places there enumerated as follows: (1) Samal Island, specifically Hagimit Falls (2) Crocodile farm, it’s obvious I’m a fan of nature (3) Late night’s KTV bar around the city, it seems that there a plenty of them around the place.

Anyway, I like to commend the floral flow skirt you’re wearing here. 🙂
